For freedom of movement on ascent, they are structured to maximise wicking, and have a windbreaker function on descent to stop you getting too cold. With their snow gaiters, rear fastening for buckles and waterproofing, they really improve your performance on snow and their special sports tailoring makes them ideal for all active alpine activities.
