Singing Rock LUCIFER III TECH are third-generation technical crampons developed for climbers and mountaineers who need low weight, aggressive traction and versatile performance. According to the manufacturer, they are designed for climbing steep icefalls, difficult mixed routes and mountaineering.

The crampons use a durable hardened chromoly steel construction, while the modular design supports both mono point and dual front point setups. The front point length is adjustable, allowing the crampons to be fine-tuned for route style and user preference.

The manufacturer also highlights aggressive front teeth for added support and balance, back facing teeth for balance on free standing pillars and columns, and down facing teeth for stability on ice bulges.

A patented stainless steel Rock&Lock buckle enables fast and easy fastening and releasing of the webbing. The crampons also feature tool-free length adjustment, and BOUNCER LUCIFER III anti-snow plates are included in the package.

This version is available with a fastening system for rigid mountaineering boots with a welt. The manufacturer also states that the front toe bail can be swapped for a SEMI-CLASSIC toe bail for boots with a welt only on the heel, or for a SKI toe bail for ski touring boots.
