Why and when to choose this fuel

Choose it for winter hiking, high-altitude trips and longer expeditions with a compatible liquid fuel stove. Liquid fuel is less affected by cold, making it useful when gas canister pressure and stove performance decrease. It is also a practical option for travelling where replacement gas canisters are difficult to find.
