Petzl ABSORBICA®-Y MGO European Version 150 FLEX is a professional double lanyard with an integrated energy absorber, designed for safe progression on vertical structures or horizontal lifelines, as well as for passing intermediate anchors. It is an excellent choice for work at height where mobility, safety, and a certified fall-arrest solution are essential.
In the event of a fall, energy is absorbed by the progressive tearing of the energy absorber webbing, helping limit the impact force on the user. According to the manufacturer, the system is designed for users weighing between 60 and 140 kg. The compact absorber design minimizes bulk and does not hinder progression.
The 150 FLEX version features 150 cm elasticized webbing arms that help reduce snagging and improve freedom of movement. A durable fabric pouch protects the energy absorber from abrasion and contaminants, while the simple opening system allows regular inspection.
This is a ready-to-use solution, supplied with two large-opening MGO connectors on the lanyard ends and an OK TRIACT-LOCK connector for harness attachment.
